Candidates must have been born between 02 January 1986 and 01 January 2004 (both dates inclusive), making the general age limit 18 to 36 years.

Age Relaxation
  • OBC (Other Backward Communities): Usual age relaxation as per Kerala PSC norms.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold a second-class Master's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any of the following disciplines from a UGC-recognised University:

Medical Fitness Requirements

Candidates must be medically fit as assessed by authorised medical officers. Two separate medical certificates are required — one from a Civil Surgeon and one from a Government Ophthalmologist.

How to Apply – Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Register via One Time Registration (OTR)

  2. Visit keralapsc.gov.in and complete the One Time Registration. New registrations from 01.01.2022 onwards require a photograph taken within the last 6 months with the candidate's name and date printed legibly at the bottom.

  3. Log In and Click Apply Now

  4. Access your OTR profile using your User-ID and Password. Click the 'Apply Now' button under Category No. 582/2022 in the Notification Link.

  5. Upload a Valid Photograph

  6. Photograph must be taken after 31.12.2012. Photos uploaded meeting all requirements are valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.

  7. Add Aadhaar Card as ID Proof

  8. Candidates holding an Aadhaar Card must add it as ID proof in their OTR profile before submission.

  9. Submit Before the Deadline

  10. Last date is 01 February 2023 (Wednesday) by 12:00 midnight. Take a printout for future reference. Submitted applications cannot be altered after final submission.

  11. Confirm for Written / OMR / Online Test

  12. If an exam is held, only candidates who submit confirmation through their OTR profile within the stipulated period can download the Admit Card (available in the last 15 days before the test).

Warning: Submitted applications cannot be deleted or altered after final submission. Candidates submitting bogus qualification claims face disciplinary action under Rule 22 of the Kerala PSC Rules of Procedure, including debarment or criminal proceedings.
