A Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by the Government of India or Kerala Government. If Mathematics is the PG subject, Statistics must have been studied at the Bachelor's level. If Commerce is the PG subject, Statistics / Business Statistics / Arithmetic Statistics must have been studied at the Bachelor's level.
20 – 36 years (Only candidates born between 02 January 1989 and 01 January 2005 are eligible). Usual age relaxations apply for SC/ST and OBC categories as per PSC norms.
Probation Period: Two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
Field Duty: Six months mandatory field training in District Economics and Statistics Offices.
Account Test: Must pass the Account Test for Executive Officers or Account Test (Lower or Higher) during probation.
